To the Patients of Dr. Tim,
I’m writing this letter to inform our patients of our change in schedule. After November 15th, 2022, I will only be practicing Dentistry on Monday and Tuesday of each week. In addition, I will no longer be in the office on evenings or Saturdays.
The new office hours are as follows:
Monday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
The familiar faces you have been accustomed to seeing will all be here.
To accommodate our current patients of record, we will not be accepting new patients. Also, current patients of record are classified as patients who have been seen in the office for a regularly scheduled examination with a dental cleaning within the past three (3) years.
November 15, 2022, marks our 40th anniversary of practicing dentistry in Harvard. Since that time, I have seen many of my colleagues retire. Although full retirement is not in my immediate future, I believe it is time for me to pare down my “working” hours and embrace a new season in life.
We realize that this may inconvenience some people; however, we will accommodate those who wish to be seen at our new hours.
